To ensure peak performance, heat treatment is applied, followed by sandblasting. Our process includes detailed mouth thread processing and internal sandblasting or phosphating treatment. Rigorous water pressure testing and valve installation follow, ensuring airtight perfection. With a final touch of plastic spraying, drying, and inspection, the cylinders are ready for storage.
