1,Overall Punching Method:
Experience the precision of our manufacturing: The process begins with billet sawing and cutting, followed by induction heating and reverse extrusion punching. Our expert craftsmen then perform drawing and edge trimming, closing, and a thorough heat treatment. The journey continues with external sandblasting, mouth thread processing, and internal sandblasting or phosphating. Rigorous water pressure tests and valve installations ensure reliability, topped with an air tightness test. The cylinder receives a protective plastic spray, undergoes drying, and is subject to meticulous inspection before storage.

2, Steel Pipe Spinning Method:
Our advanced steel pipe spinning method starts with sawing and cutting, followed by induction heating and spinning bottom sealing. We meticulously mill the inner bottom and perform another round of induction heating before spinning end closing. A comprehensive heat treatment and sandblasting ensure durability, while mouth thread processing and internal treatments like sandblasting or phosphating augment longevity. Each cylinder is subjected to a water pressure test, valve installation, and an airtightness test. Finally, the product is plastic sprayed, dried, inspected, and elegantly stored, ready for use.
