The cylinder is shaped through induction heating, culminating in the spinning bottom sealing process, which is then precisely milled at the inner bottom. Another round of induction heating prepares the cylinder for spinning end closing, followed by a vital heat treatment ensuring resilience. Sandblasting perfects the surface, ready for mouth thread processing and further internal sandblasting or phosphating treatment. Rigorous water pressure tests, valve installations, and airtightness tests ensure every cylinder is up to the highest standards. The final touches of plastic spraying and drying are applied before each cylinder undergoes thorough inspection and is stored with care.
