1,Overall Punching Method:
The journey begins with precise billet sawing and cutting, followed by induction heating to prepare for reverse extrusion punching. The cylinder takes shape through drawing, edge trimming, and closing, which are critical for forming a robust structure. A meticulous heat treatment process ensures durability, while external sandblasting refines the surface. Mouth thread processing is followed by internal sandblasting or phosphating, optimizing the cylinder's integrity. Each piece undergoes a rigorous water pressure test, valve installation, and air tightness test to guarantee reliability. Finally, the cylinders are elegantly finished with plastic spraying, thoroughly dried, inspected with eagle-eyed precision, and securely stored, ready to serve.

2,Steel Pipe Spinning Method:
The process initiates with precise steel pipe sawing and cutting. The cylinder is shaped through induction heating, culminating in the spinning bottom sealing process, which is then precisely milled at the inner bottom. Another round of induction heating prepares the cylinder for spinning end closing, followed by a vital heat treatment ensuring resilience. Sandblasting perfects the surface, ready for mouth thread processing and further internal sandblasting or phosphating treatment. Rigorous water pressure tests, valve installations, and airtightness tests ensure every cylinder is up to the highest standards.
