Ammonia is a versatile compound that can be easily transformed into a colorless liquid form. This transformation occurs under applied pressure at room temperature, with a critical temperature of 132.4ºC and a critical pressure of 11.2 MPa, equivalent to 112.2 atmospheres. The boiling point of ammonia is a chilly -33.5ºC. Moreover, it can be solidified into a snow-like solid at a melting point of -77.75ºC. Ammonia exhibits excellent solubility in water, ethanol, and ether. Under high temperatures, it decomposes into nitrogen and hydrogen, showcasing a reducing effect. Additionally, it can be catalytically oxidized to produce nitric oxide. Its applications are wide-ranging and include the production of liquid nitrogen, ammonia water, nitric acid, ammonium salts, and a variety of amines, underscoring its critical role in multiple industrial processes.

Enhance the surface with external sandblasting, followed by mouth thread processing and internal sandblasting (or opt for phosphating). Conduct a rigorous water pressure test before valve installation. Ensure sealing with an air-tightness test. Finish with plastic spraying, drying, thorough inspection, and finally, proceed to storage.

2, Steel Pipe Spinning Method:
Initiate the process with steel pipe sawing and cutting, and proceed with induction heating. Accomplish spinning bottom sealing and precision milling of the inner bottom. Reapply induction heating before spinning end closure. Perform heat treatment followed by comprehensive sandblasting. Continue with mouth thread processing and internal sandblasting (or phosphating). Undertake a stringent water pressure test, then install the valve securely. Confirm sealing with an airtightness test. Complete the process with plastic spraying, drying, detailed inspection, and finally, ensure safe storage.
