This is succeeded by meticulous milling of the inner bottom and another phase of induction heating for end closing spins. A stabilizing heat treatment is then applied, complemented by sandblasting to achieve a flawless finish. Mouth thread processing and internal sandblasting or phosphating treatment are expertly executed. Each cylinder is rigorously tested for water pressure and airtightness, followed by valve installation, plastic spraying, drying, and final inspection. Every step ensures that quality and reliability are preserved, and the cylinders are stored with care.
