The mouth thread processing is conducted with precision, complemented by internal sandblasting (or phosphating) treatment. Each cylinder is subjected to a rigorous water pressure test before we proceed to valve installation and airtightness testing. A finishing touch of plastic spraying and drying prepares the cylinder for a comprehensive inspection. Once validated, the cylinders are stored, ready to deliver unmatched reliability.
