Cylinder Manufacture Process

1. Using the Overall Punching Method,this technique ensures resilience and durability,consisting of the following steps:
Billet sawing and cutting, induction heating, reverse extrusion punching, drawing, edge trimming, closing, followed by a series of meticulous processes including heat treatment and external sandblasting. Each cylinder undergoes mouth thread processing, internal sandblasting or phosphating, a thorough water pressure test, valve installation, airtightness test, plastic spraying, drying, and finally, a rigorous inspection before storage.

2. Steel Pipe Spinning Method: A Marvel of Engineering Complexities,
In this method, each steel pipe is sawed and cut, then induction heated to achieve the perfect temperature. This is followed by spinning bottom sealing, milling the inner bottom, and further induction heating to ensure proper end closing. The process is completed with heat treatment, sandblasting, and mouth thread processing, coupled with internal sandblasting or phosphating treatment. Rigorous water pressure testing, valve installation, airtightness testing, plastic spraying, drying, and an exhaustive inspection are conducted, ensuring each cylinder meets the highest standards of quality before it is stored.
