It has a distinctive boiling point of -33.5ºC, alongside the ability to solidify into a snow-like, crystalline solid at -77.75ºC. Ammonia exhibits exceptional solubility in water, ethanol, and ether, and undergoes decomposition into nitrogen and hydrogen gases at elevated temperatures, demonstrating a potent reducing capability. When a catalyst is present, ammonia can be oxidized into nitric oxide, showcasing its versatile chemical nature. Next, the inner bottom is meticulously milled, followed by another round of induction heating for the critical spinning end closing. Heat treatment is administered to enhance strength, succeeded by sandblasting for an impeccable surface. The mouth thread processing and internal sandblasting (or phosphating) further fortify the cylinder. Each unit withstands a stringent water pressure test, followed by valve installation and an airtightness test. A final coat of plastic spray, thorough drying, and inspection culminate in the secure storage of the finished product.
