Product Description

Dewar tanks are stainless steel pressure vessels with super vacuum insulation, designed for the storage, transportation and use of liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid argon or carbon dioxide. These vessels are manufactured according to DOT4L standards and are used for reliable and economical transportation and storage of cryogenic liquid gases, as well as for on-site storage and supply of cryogenic liquid gases in a wide range of applications.
1. Mainly used for transporting and storing liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid argon, liquefied natural gas and liquid carbon dioxide.
2. High vacuum multi-layer insulation is adopted to ensure low evaporation rate.
3. The built-in vaporizer automatically provides 10Nm3/h of stable and continuous gas.
4. The gas-saving device gives priority to using gas phase space over pressure gas.
5. Adopt internationally common CGA standard connectors, all imported valve configurations.
6. Unique shock-absorbing ring design meets frequent transportation requirements.
7. Applicable to: electronics, scientific research, chemical industry, welding, medical,LNG supply and other industries

Notes:
Before filling the gas cylinder with cryogenic liquid, first determine the filling medium and filling weight of the gas cylinder. The filling weight can be found in the product specification sheet. To ensure accurate filling, please use a scale for measurement.
1, Use a special delivery hose to connect the cylinder inlet and outlet valves (DPW cylinders have inlet valves) to the supply source and tighten them to prevent leakage.
2, Open the discharge valve and inlet and outlet valves of the gas cylinder, then open the supply valve to start filling.
3, During the filling process, monitor the pressure in the bottle with a pressure gauge and adjust the discharge valve to keep the pressure at 0.07~0.1MPa (10~15 psi)
4, When the required filling weight is reached, close the inlet and outlet valves, the discharge valve and the supply valve.
5, Remove the transfer hose and move the cylinder off the scale.
Warning: It is strictly forbidden to overfill the gas cylinder.
Warning: Before filling, the medium in the bottle and the filling medium should be confirmed.
Warning: Filling should be done in a well-ventilated place, as the accumulation of gas is very dangerous
Note: The pressure of a fully filled gas cylinder rises very quickly, which may cause the safety valve to open.
Note: After just performing liquid oxygen or liquefied natural gas operations, be careful not to smoke or approach fire immediately because liquid oxygen or liquefied natural gas may splash on your clothes.
Note: When the saturated pressure of liquid carbon dioxide drops to 0.48MPa (70 psi), liquid carbon dioxide will form solid dry ice. Therefore, when using DPL450-175H/195H/210H, DPL450-175V/195V/210V, DPW650-499H gas cylinders to fill liquid carbon dioxide, the carbon dioxide gas in the cylinder must be pressurized before filling.
