With a notable boiling point of -33.5ºC, ammonia can also be effortlessly turned into a snow-like solid with a melting point of -77.75ºC. Its versatility shines as it dissolves readily in water, ethanol, and ether. At elevated temperatures, ammonia breaks down into nitrogen and hydrogen, showcasing its strong reducing power. Moreover, when a catalyst is present, it readily oxidizes into nitric oxide. This multifaceted compound is indispensable in the production of liquid nitrogen, ammonia water, nitric acid, ammonium salts, and various amines, making it crucial across numerous industrial applications.

Mouth threading is then processed, followed by internal sandblasting or phosphating for enhanced resilience. A rigorous water pressure test ensures safety, after which the valve is installed. An airtightness test certifies integrity before the cylinder is plastic sprayed and dried. Each piece undergoes a thorough inspection and is carefully stored, ready for distribution.

2,Steel pipe spinning method:
The process commences with precise steel pipe sawing and cutting, complemented by induction heating to ensure perfect temperature consistency. The bottom is expertly sealed through spinning, with meticulous milling of the inner bottom. Induction heating is repeated, followed by careful spinning to close the end. The piece undergoes heat treatment for strength, sandblasting for surface perfection, and mouth thread processing. Internal sandblasting or phosphating treatment is applied for added protection. The cylinder undergoes a stringent water pressure test to confirm robustness. A valve is then installed, followed by an airtightness test to ensure leak-proof performance. Thereafter, it is plastic sprayed, dried, inspected for quality, and stored securely.
