1,Overall Punching Method:
The journey of crafting our premium cylinders begins with billet sawing and cutting, followed by precise induction heating. This leads to reverse extrusion punching and meticulous drawing, ensuring each cylinder meets our exacting standards. Subsequent edge trimming and closing enhance the structural integrity before a rigorous heat treatment. The process continues with external sandblasting to refine the surface, followed by mouth thread processing. Internal sandblasting, or optional phosphating, prepares the cylinder for the critical water pressure test. With valve installation and airtightness tests completed, the cylinders undergo plastic spraying and drying. A final inspection ensures flawless quality before they are ready for storage.

2, Steel Pipe Spinning Method:
Commencing with the precise sawing and cutting of steel pipes, our method utilizes induction heating to prepare the material for spinning bottom sealing. The milling of the inner bottom follows, with another round of induction heating to prepare for the spinning end closing. The process includes crucial heat treatment and thorough sandblasting for impeccable surface finish. Mouth thread processing and internal sandblasting (or phosphating treatment) prepare the cylinder for stringent water pressure testing. After valve installation and an airtightness test, the cylinders are plastic sprayed and dried. Final inspection guarantees the highest quality standard before storage.
