1.Aluminum alloy seamless gas cylinders are made of aluminum alloy materials with good processing performance and corrosion resistance. The round flat billet is first punched into a cup shape, then extruded to the required size, and finally the top is isothermally formed, and then made through high-temperature solution treatment, water quenching and artificial aging.
2.Aluminum bottles will also be corroded, but aluminum oxide will adhere to the corroded surface to form a protective film, preventing further corrosion.
3.It has greater buoyancy underwater than a cylinder, is lighter and easier to operate in water (commonly used as a decompression cylinder for technical diving)
4.Since aluminum is a soft material, collisions during transportation may cause damage. This also makes aluminum bottles of the same volume thicker and heavier than gas cylinders
