The piece then undergoes a necessary heat treatment to fortify its structure. Sandblasting is employed to achieve a smooth surface, complemented by mouth thread processing. Internal sandblasting (or phosphating) treatment ensures the interior's integrity. A stringent water pressure test validates its strength, while valve installation and an airtightness test confirm its capacity to perform under pressure. A flawless plastic spray coat is applied, followed by drying. Stringent inspection ensures every product meets excellence before moving to storage.
